Coaching ⏤for Parents & Caregivers with big-feeling little ones
⏤turning everyday struggles into moments of connection without losing your mind.
You've read the books. You know the strategies.
And then your kid melts down, and you yell before you even realize what's happening.
By bedtime, you're running on fumes — replaying the moment you snapped, wondering if you’re messing this whole thing up.
Here's the truth:
the schedules, the invisible mental load, the pressure to get every response "right" — that's what's breaking you down.
You're not the broken one. The system is.
Left alone, that guilt doesn't fade. It just becomes the story you tell yourself about who you are as a parent.
This isn't about becoming a different parent.
It's about building support so today's reaction isn't tomorrow's rerun.

If nothing changes...
Waiting it out won't break the cycle. Underneath the guilt is a simpler truth: you're not failing your kid. You need support, A place to feel seen.
It's ok to ask for help.
When you work with me, here’s what shifts:
You Are standing solidLY on the Ground.
The hard moments still happen. Your automatic reaction doesn't.
you Gather the resources you need.
You've got tools that fit your actual family — not someone else's idea of perfect parenting.
You Trust your deeper wisdom.
You stop waiting for permission to trust yourself.
hi. I'm Sarahbean.
I've spent years being with children and families, and moving through this exact moment — the guilt spiral, the "why did I just do that" replay, the wondering if you're the only one who feels this unsteady. You're not.

“Sarahbean has a gentle, refreshing and grounding approach to parenting.
I came to her after my 9-year-old son broke our windshield during an emotional outburst. She was able to explain, so simply, the brain's reaction and idea of 'flipping our lid' when we're overwhelmed. I even had a lightbulb moment in our session where I realized my son was more like me than I thought!"

"Sarahbean has a holistic view of the family system and a deep regard for the parents she serves.
She understands child development inside and out. Her coaching work is to help parents refocus on their heartfelt goals and chart a family course towards love, acceptance and joy."

“Sarahbean helps parents have more love for themselves and their kids.
Especially when you’re a mom — you lose your seat at the table. It all becomes about your kid. But she helped me see that this is hard for me, too. That I have needs, too”
— Daniela Uslan, amazing mama and space-holder.
What I’m All About at Superdelight:
Caregivers stretched as thin as grandpa's threadbare sweater — that's who I built this for. As a therapist, mental health consultant, and early childhood educator, I kept noticing something:
parents had a lot to say, too.
They were navigating their own growth while supporting their kids' — but there wasn't always space for that. So, in 2024, I founded the Superdelight Parenting Project:
this project is rooted in attachment researcher Mary Ainsworth's work, where mutual delight is a measurable marker of secure attachment and emotional intelligence. Your relationship with your child can be joyful every day, not just a checklist of tasks to complete.
In a world that keeps changing underneath our feet, now is the time to ask what it means to feel delight in your parenting —
not despite the hard moments, but within them.
"Working with Sarahbean is an absolute pleasure.
She is truly sensitive and empathetic, and it felt so good to be heard. She is very creative and comes up with special ideas that improved our situation a lot."
"We can't thank you enough for the impact you've made on our child — his growth and independence, and our whole family.
Your thoughtfulness and responsiveness has been such a reassuring support."
— Audrey, mother of 3

FAQs
Here’s a few questions I hear all the time that may be of help to you:
-
Totally! This is legit. The initial set-up should take about 20 minutes. After that, it’s all about how much you want to show up for this process.
Between sessions, you'll practice strategies during your normal daily routines with your child - plus some reflective practices: writing, breathing, moving, listening: whatever time you can give to simple reflection exercises, even 5 minutes counts!
For coaching sessions, plan for:
60 minute live sessions, plus a tiny buffer before and after to integrate the experience.
-
This is super common! If you want individual coaching, we'll work on strategies for navigating different parenting styles and ways to communicate your new approaches with your partner. Many parents find their partners become curious and interested when they see positive changes happening.
If you and your partner are willing to coach together, we address these differences head-on and identify ways to find a common language and approach that will align with both of your values.
-
All prices are listed in the offerings section, in the drop-down menus for each offering.
I get it - investing in coaching is a big decision! Consider this: how much is the daily stress, guilt, and overwhelm costing you and your family? Many parents find that having the right support and strategies actually saves them time, energy, and emotional bandwidth in the long run.
Coaching can be an investment in your longevity and finding sustainable approaches that will work for your unique family.
-
Unlike one-size-fits-all approaches, we'll work together to create strategies that fit YOUR family. This is personalized support that evolves as you and your child grow. Plus, you get real-time feedback and adjustments as you implement new approaches.
I’ve done so much research and have found many tried-and-true evidence-based, connection-based, play-based, strengths-based strategies to support you on your journey. Instead of swimming in a sea of books and ideas, in a state of constant overwhelm, allow me to lighten the load and provide guidance based on your unique context. I will still recommend many resources and practices, and they are tailored to your situation. Take what you like and leave the rest. Coaching is a partnership: we will figure it out together. -
I celebrate neurodiversity and its many complexities! The Superdelight framework is adaptable to all kinds of families! We'll work together to modify strategies for you and your child's unique needs. I have extensive experience in early childhood mental health, and I can help you navigate various challenges.
-
Yes! Well done showing up for yourself. ♡ From my perspective, therapy focuses on healing and processing emotions as well as diagnosing and treatment to improve functioning and manageability, which is behavioral healthcare.
Coaching focuses on practical strategies for the present moment, with an emphasis on strengths, growth and potential. Many parents find coaching and therapy complement each other beautifully. (Note: I'm happy to coordinate with your therapist if helpful!)
-
One of the grounding habits that we work on in coaching is providing a sense of consistency. I am a big fan of having an ongoing expectation of consistent sessions at an agreed-upon time. That being said…
Life happens! We can typically reschedule within the same week, as long as you give me 24 hours notice.
The key is communication - just let me know as soon as you can. -
Many parents notice positive changes within the first few sessions, especially in their own responses to challenging moments. Lasting transformation takes time - that's why I recommend planning for a 3-6 month commitment. Small shifts lead to big changes!
Everyone’s nervous system integrates new information on different timelines. It’s important to give yourself permission to process and grow towards your goals. And: No matter your sequence of sessions, you will see a reflection of growth based on the amount of work you are willing to put in, especially around clarifying your values and getting reflective in your daily moments with your little one.
-
Every strategy we discuss will be customized to your family's needs. If something isn't working, we'll adjust! The beauty of ongoing coaching is that we can pivot and adapt until we find what works for you. You're never locked into approaches that don't feel right.
I offer a free 45-minute strategy session to start so that you have a chance to get to know my style and approach and ask any questions before we get started.
We can adjust as we go. I won’t lock you into something that isn’t serving you, however, I do not issue refunds after 7 days post-purchase of a package.
